Late Custom Dog Submission

Thanks so much for being part of the Good Dog, Bad Zombie journey. You received a letter taking you to this page because, to the best of our records, you purchased one or more custom dogs but did not complete the custom dog survey we sent during the submission window (August 29th–December 13th 2024).

Initially, we said we could not print any dogs that did not arrive during that window. However, we worked on it, and we’re now offering one final opportunity to submit your custom dog(s). Because producing these late submissions will add additional costs on our end, we will need to pass this along. 

  • If you prefer not to move forward, no worries: no action is required. Please note, however, that we aren’t able to issue refunds for missed custom dogs.
  • To submit your late custom dog and make the shipping payment, follow the steps below.

Step 1: Make Your Late Submission Shipping Payment

Go here to make your shipping payment.

  • For US backers: Pay $10 for shipping
    • For  international backers: Pay $16 for shipping
    • Note for international orders: You may have to pay import fees when receiving the package. We will do our best to eliminate this or make it not happen, but we cannot guarantee it.
  • Important for everyone: Make a note of your transaction ID/receipt number. You will need that in the next step.

Step 2: Submit Your Dog

  • Deadline: January 1. We won’t be able to send reminders, so please mark your calendar.
  • All late custom dogs will be printed together after this deadline, so expect yours to most likely arrive February or March.
  • If your shipping address has changed, you’ll need to reach out and let us know.
  • Your card will include your dog’s photo, your custom text, and a standee. Because of time constraints, it will not include the illustrated-style background or filter. We are also only able to offer 5 of the powers to choose from at this time, but you will still be able to rename the power.
  • Submit this once for each custom dog you are getting that you paid for. If you want the same dog multiple times, submit it once per copy. (So if you're getting the same dog twice, submit the dog twice.)
